Situated 2 miles east of Wolsingham, on the main route through Weardale, the shop and cafe is housed in a beautiful log cabin. At Weardale Trading Post we offer solid wood furniture, collectables, taxidermy, curios and an extensive range of silver & gold jewellery and items across 10 cabinets.
It's an ever changing display and we offer local home delivery, nationwide by request. We offer a seven days per week Click & Collect option, or smaller items can be posted out for cost.
Pinky and his better half source direct from various house calls carried out throughout the year.
Seasonal Events
We host a broad range of events throughout the year including Craft & Vintage Fairs, our traditional Christmas Fair and other great family events. We enjoy great company from our local communities at all our events, which all offer free public admission and attract fantastic footfall.

Cattle Barn Sales
We regularly hold our renowned Cattle Barn Sales at Bradley Burn. Formally the Runway at Stanhope. A huge array of preloved furniture and household effects are always on offer. An ever changing range of items and all at honest, down to earth prices. Mainly clearance items direct from house clearances carried out across the region. As with all our events, entry is free of charge to the public.

The Weardale Boot Sale
Our boot sales are exciting for all who come to sell and those who come to buy. Sellers are welcome for a very modest fee and as with all our events, entry to our Boot Sales is free of charge to the public.

If you do call in person why not try the on site cafe, we are lucky to share the building with Bradley Burn Cafe.The cafe offers home cooked food every day. You can warm up by the wood burning stove when it's cold or bask in the sunshine on the outside terrace.The cafe serves locally roasted coffee, delicious freshly baked scones, daily specials including soups and quiches, scrumptious puddings, cakes and we even have doggy treats for your four legged friends.
